So far from what I have read Ginny attacked Harry and he defended himself, as punishment he has been bound over to the Weasley's as a slave and is being forced into an emotional bond with Ginny though the bracelet. It is apparently a win win situation for the Weasly's and Dumbledore and a lose lose situation for Harry. The Weasleys get Harry and his money and Dumbles get's another control on Harry.

Funny, but everyone else that's complained about this situation has complained about how unfair it was for Ginny! Does that mean I had good balance? For what it's worth, they were both punished for duelling in school (a crime they were both guilty for). My punishment was the plot device that makes this story a story, so I can't exactly recind it. Oh, and if you think the bracelets are an emotional bond, don't read the rest of the story. The bracelets don't have anything on what happens later. ;)
